                  上海GMP純化水設(shè)備解讀:MBR污水廠的運(yùn)行管理

                  上海水處理設(shè)備網(wǎng)m.changshenglaw.com】活性污泥法發(fā)展100多年來(lái),一些新的工藝在隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展而在活性污泥法中得以應(yīng)用。膜處置工藝作為新興的資料科學(xué)在水處置行業(yè)中得到一些應(yīng)用,飲用水行業(yè)中的微濾,超濾,納濾,反滲透等使用各種不同孔徑的膜材料進(jìn)行的凈水過(guò)濾技術(shù)都已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的也應(yīng)用到普通人的家里的凈水裝置上,污水處置行業(yè),隨著對(duì)處置出水水質(zhì)的不時(shí)提升嚴(yán)格規(guī)范下,膜技術(shù)也逐步開始在污水處置中得到應(yīng)用,一些對(duì)水質(zhì)要求較高的污水廠,采用了MBRMembranBioReactor膜生物反應(yīng)器來(lái)作為活性污泥處置工藝中的一部分,一定水平上提升了污水處置的效果,但是也帶來(lái)了一些運(yùn)行管理的難題。公眾號(hào)從這一期開始,和大家一起來(lái)討論下MBR污水廠的運(yùn)行管理。

                  討論MBR運(yùn)行管理之前,先來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單了解下MBR究竟是什么。很多技術(shù)領(lǐng)域中,廣泛使用膜進(jìn)行工業(yè)生產(chǎn),進(jìn)行物質(zhì)之間的有效分離。膜是一種在一定的條件下(比如壓力、濃度、電離作用等)使一些特定的物質(zhì)通過(guò)具有通過(guò)能力的薄層,實(shí)現(xiàn)不同物質(zhì)之間的分離、濃縮、提純等,簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)就是特殊條件下才干實(shí)現(xiàn)特定過(guò)濾效果的薄膜。根據(jù)薄膜的滲透的孔徑不同,可以分為微濾膜,超濾膜,納濾膜,反滲透膜,滲析膜、電滲析膜等。與水處理相關(guān)的主要是前四種,這四種都是以壓力差為動(dòng)力的膜分離的過(guò)程,就是膜兩側(cè)存在一定的壓力差時(shí),混合液的一局部溶劑和小于膜孔徑的物質(zhì)組分就會(huì)通過(guò)膜,而大于膜孔徑的微粒,大分子,鹽類,微生物等就會(huì)被膜截留下來(lái)。大面積應(yīng)用在污水處置行業(yè)中的主要是以微濾膜為主。

                  不同的膜對(duì)水中各種物質(zhì)的攔截能力不同,污水處置廠的出水對(duì)更細(xì)微的物質(zhì)沒(méi)有特殊要求,自身生活污水中的金屬離子等的含量都比較少,一般很少用到后續(xù)的超濾、納濾、反滲透膜作為生產(chǎn)用膜,主要應(yīng)用的以微濾膜為主。

                  活性污泥法中,其中最重要的一環(huán)就是活性污泥的泥水分離,污水廠中通常使用的二沉池作為泥水分離,將上清液和活性污泥在一個(gè)相對(duì)靜止的構(gòu)筑物內(nèi)進(jìn)行分離,上清液從構(gòu)筑物上方流出,污泥通過(guò)污泥回流泵回流到生物池中。但是保守的二沉池在運(yùn)行中存在污泥上浮、污泥泡沫,細(xì)碎污泥、污泥膨脹等各種因素的影響,導(dǎo)致二沉池出水中的懸浮物較高,后期必需增加深度處置單元的加藥、沉淀、過(guò)濾來(lái)進(jìn)行二沉池出水的再次凈化,這也就是深度處置工藝的設(shè)置的原因上海GMP純化水設(shè)備

                  由于微濾膜的孔徑相對(duì)較大,很多離子,包括一些小型的分子都是可以通過(guò)的因此微濾膜不是作為污水處置的主體來(lái)應(yīng)用的而對(duì)于有機(jī)污染物,營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素都是無(wú)法被微濾膜截留的因此污水處置的主體處置工藝仍是活性污泥法。微濾膜僅是作為活性污泥法的一局部進(jìn)行使用的由于微濾膜的孔徑在0.05~10μm之間,只有小于這個(gè)孔徑的水及水中的物質(zhì)才干通過(guò),活性污泥絮凝體直徑一般為0.02~0.2mm之間,因此活性污泥絮凝體是無(wú)法通過(guò)微濾膜的因此微濾膜對(duì)活性污泥具有的良好的分離性能,利用這個(gè)特性,活性污泥工藝中的應(yīng)用就是進(jìn)行活性污泥和水的高效分離,使用微濾膜取代了二沉池進(jìn)行泥水分離,實(shí)現(xiàn)了更清潔的處置出水。采用微濾膜進(jìn)行活性污泥的泥水分離以后,減少了原有的二沉池和深度處置單元,縮短了污水廠的工藝流程,減少了污水廠的占地面積等。

                  微濾膜的使用不能脫離活性污泥法,只是替代了活性污泥法中的泥水分離的二沉池,作為活性污泥法中的一個(gè)組件,同時(shí)由于微濾膜在使用中和活性污泥中的微生物接觸,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中要考慮生物對(duì)膜的影響,也有使用膜作為硝化反硝化的工藝應(yīng)用,所以在污水廠大量使用的微濾膜成為MBR就是膜生物反應(yīng)器,一個(gè)獨(dú)立的反應(yīng)裝置,作用等同于二沉池及后續(xù)的深度處置構(gòu)筑物的固液分離作用,而污水中的有機(jī)物去除,營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素的去除等還是依賴于活性污泥法這個(gè)工藝主體來(lái)進(jìn)行的所以所謂MBR一般不能單獨(dú)稱為一種工藝,只能是AOMBR或者AOMBR氧化溝+MBR等,MBR不是單獨(dú)的工藝稱呼。

                  MBR膜組件有浸沒(méi)式和分離式兩種:

                  通常的污水廠的MBR組件都為分離式的就是生物池外部建設(shè)一組MBR池,將MBR組件放入到MBR膜池中,這樣運(yùn)行管理更為方便,對(duì)MBR膜的觀察,清洗,檢修都更加適合。

                  MBR膜在經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)了各種各樣類型和結(jié)構(gòu)的膜,這些膜從不同的方面對(duì)現(xiàn)有的MBR處置流程中的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了應(yīng)對(duì)性的處置,發(fā)展出各種不同類型的MBR膜,有平板膜,中空膜等等。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中,可以根據(jù)廠內(nèi)的實(shí)際需求選擇合理的MBR膜。

                  關(guān)于MBR原理性的分析和介紹,這里就不展開進(jìn)行說(shuō)明了對(duì)于污水廠的運(yùn)維管理人員來(lái)說(shuō),對(duì)于任何工藝設(shè)施設(shè)備,更需要知道是如何保證它達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,協(xié)助運(yùn)行管理人員更好的堅(jiān)持污水處置工藝的運(yùn)行,堅(jiān)持良好的出水水質(zhì)。關(guān)于MBR膜本身的研究和深入的機(jī)理其實(shí)對(duì)運(yùn)行人員并不是很重要,當(dāng)然有興趣的人員可以通過(guò)各種資料來(lái)深入的學(xué)習(xí)MBR膜的相關(guān)知識(shí)。
